How we measure. Every minute, checks that run outside the infrastructure that sends your mail call the API, open an SMTP session on port 587 and upgrade it to TLS, and load the dashboard, docs and MCP server. A failure counts once two checks in a row fail, so a one-off blip doesn't. Once a day a real email goes through the public API and we confirm delivery, bounce and complaint handling, signed webhooks, open and click tracking, and inbound mail. Uptime is the share of checks that passed: minutes for the per-minute checks, runs for the end-to-end test. Times are UTC.
